EQUIPMENT - If you have borrowed equipment, breezers and/or helmet, and you want to use them during the summer, you will have to complete a NEW form and will need a $200 deposit check made out to JCNSP to go with that form. 

If you have equipment you need to return, please return Sunday at the party.
